Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in the 21st Judicial District Court before Judge William Dykes on February 26, 2024, and entered the following pleas: Shanda Hickerson, 49, of Amite, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of failure to return a leased moveable valued at under $1,000.
